  • Beloved Los Angeles-native Jamil “Big Juice” Davis has built his decade-plus tenure in the music and touring business through aligning himself with artists and friends alike. From tour managing artists such as Lil Wayne and Drake, to developing G-Eazy into a global sensation alongside Co-CEO Matt Bauerschmidt, Jamil has shown a knack for developing both artists and executives. Recognized as a member of Billboard’s esteemed “40 Under 40 Top Young Power Players in Music”, Jamil is also committed to the fight for racial equality and is a founding member of the Black Music Action Coalition and founder of Black: Future. Now.

  • 34 year old entrepreneur Matt Bauerschmidt took an unexpected route from his grounded upbringing in Albuquerque to the upper echelons of the industry as co-founder/owner of The Revels Group. Along the way Matt also built wølvesONLY (Call of Duty, GRAMMYs, Lil Nas X) - a full service creative and video production company focusing on innovative approaches to achieve the client’s vision and forging unforgettable moments of multimedia storytelling. For over a decade, Matt’s meticulous determination has allowed him to develop an ecosystem of talent, relationships and expertise spanning music, film, digital media and interactive arts.

Matt Geffen

President of The Revels Group & CEO of Coup D’Etat Music

  • As President of The Revels Group and CEO of publishing & distribution company Coup D’Etat Music, Matt Geffen’s clients have contributed to seven #1 albums and three #1 singles in the past year alone. The young but experienced 24-year-old executive spearheaded RVG’s producer/writer management division in 2018, leaving USC after just a year of school, and has since grown the company into a globally-recognized powerhouse of A-list artists, producers, writers, mix engineers, visual artists, and more.

Head of Brand Partnerships & Manager

  • Ben Schecter, originally from Oakland, CA, rose from an UCLA intern to Head of Brand Partnerships and manager at The Revels Group in three years. He has curated successful partnerships and events with The Recording Academy, Amazon Music, Nike, and more while his client roster has grown, boasting over one billion cumulative streams to date. In 2023, Ben co-founded the distribution and label division of Coup D’Etat Music. Ben is driven by his passion for powerful music and love of fostering community.

  • Charlie Perl is an A&R Coordinator at The Revels Group & Coup D’Etat Music, working across the full producer/writer/mixer roster in addition to management client Dounia. Surrounded by music from a young age attending art school in Oakland, CA, he went on to work for an entertainment attorney and various artist managers before starting at RVG in 2022.

  • Tim Jordan also serves as an A&R Coordinator across The Revels Group’s producer & writer divisions. Originally from Boston, he started managing producers in 2018 while in college at the University of New Haven before joining Revels in 2022.

  • Arman Sani manages Jenevieve (Interscope) and is right hand to Jamil Davis. Originally from San Jose, CA , Arman discovered his passion for working with artists while studying Cognitive Science and Music Industry at UCLA and dove into various management work and internships before joining The Revels Group in the fall of 2021.

  • Chris Maldonado is The Revels Group's in-house graphic design wizard and helps bring to life everything from cover art for platinum certified songs to pitch decks for future projects. Chris ensures that our brand remains consistent and engaging through the creation of all of our assets and visuals.

  • While pursuing a business degree at USC, Kya Zavarei dove into the music industry as he assisted his friends in securing gigs throughout Los Angeles. He began his journey at The Revels Group as an intern and is now our A&R liaison across RVG and Coup D’Etat, specializing in new talent discovery for management, publishing, and distribution.
