The ATL-bred music manager first met Jack Harlow in 2018 & in 2020, she joined Harlow’s management team alongside Chris Thomas. Less than a year later, Harlow and Thadhani both landed their first #1 record together with his and Lil Nas X’s collaborative single “INDUSTRY BABY.”

Christina Medina

Christina Medina is a talent executive from Los Angeles. While studying at USC, she began her career programming top-ranked radio station, Power 106 and then moved to Emmy-winning ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! for nearly a decade, where she helped book and produce today's most influential musicians. In the summer of 2019, she was approached by Billboard to head their Artist Relations team. She has served as a member of the USC Alumni Association and is a co-founder of L.I.MA. (Latinos In Media & Arts).

Toronto-born LA-based, talent-meets-brand expert, Maggie has spent over a decade helping build some of the most iconic brands like dosist, Electric Feel Entertainment, Faculty World, Futuremood, and Ohza as well as artists across the Electric Feel and 10K Projects roster including iann dior and 24kGOLDN. Early-stage brand investor, advisor, and manager to artist Wario Slim, she has an extraordinary ability to identify talent and brands before they break and help them grow by leveraging each other, pop-culture, entertainment, and PR. The initial aim will be to cultivate the next generation of Black entrepreneurs, employees and executive leaders within the spirits industry through sustainable investment, incubation and recruitment. For 3 years Fant served as Head of Urban Music at Columbia Records where she architected the introduction of 21st century superstars such as Lil Nas X, The Kid LAROI, Polo G, Lil TJay, and Chloe X Halle. Fant was recently named Amazon Music’s Head of Music Industry Partnerships, a role created to seek out and oversee strategic music partnerships and identify cross-entertainment campaigns.

iProdigy of Noah "40" Shebib, Angie Randisi got her start in music working at SOTA Studios in Toronto where she worked with many artists from the OVO roster including credits on PARTYNEXTDOOR’s album “Partymobile”. Since then, she’s moved to Atlanta where she is currently working on Lil Baby’s upcoming album, as his go-to engineer.

Jenn Tolman Hurst recently joined MDDN as SVP of Talent and Manager working with artists like Poppy, Eyedress, Architects, Chase Atlantic, Good Charlotte, Zakk Cervini, etc. and her entirely female roster from Streamline Talent Group, the company Tolman Hurst founded. Rakiyah Marshall

Long Island, NY native and Founder/CEO Rakiyah Marshall is a graduate of Seton Hall University where she studied broadcasting and interactive media and business administration. Marshall started her career at Republic Records in NYC and later made the move to Nashville to pursue a career working with songwriters. Hodo Musa

Hodo Musa was born in Somali and came as a refugee to Sweden. In her mid-twenties she moved to Norway where she studied fashion design, and quickly became one of the most sought after stylists. In 2019 she took the leap to apply for a US visa, and shortly after became the Creative and Fashion Director for mega star Lil Nas X. She has been with him since his debut, and together they are one of most dynamic duos in the industry. Hodo is an amazing storyteller with curious eyes. She often sees possibilities and a new way of looking at things in places others miss. Her multi-cultural background helps her intuitively guide and help other creatives to tell their stories and see their unique abilities. Hodo wants to serve and inspire others to become great.
