Tenya Mederios
Tenaya started at Spotify over 6 years ago before there was even a dedicated team to support songwriters and producers. She worked across various music teams across Spotify until finding her way to the newly established Songwriter & Publishing Relations team where she helped to build brands like Noteable and find innovative ways to highlight and celebrate songwriters and producers. She is a huge advocate for gender equity in the studio and co-created "Created by Women", a Spotify playlist that features songs 100% written, produced, and performed by women.
Jody Klein
Jody Klein has spent her career advocating for creatives. Starting as an engineer under Rodney Jerkins, she quickly learned how to support the craft of artists, writers and producers. She moved from engineering to an A&R role at Interscope/Cherrytree Records and was able to work with artists like Disclosure, Sting, Ellie Goulding and many more. In 2019, Jody joined ASCAP’s creative team and has seen success signing global superstar Olivia Rodrigo and most recently Grammy Award winner Kim Petras.
In addition to her role as a creative, Jody also has been appointed as ASCAPs lead for music programming and partnerships. Handling all relationships and pitching between ASCAP and DSPs / partners.
Karishma Desai
Karishma is a brand strategist and marketer who’s spent the last decade bridging the gap between brands, artists and consumers through partnerships and collaborations. She started her career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in the Commercial Endorsements group where she worked with marquee talent including Jerry Seinfeld, Katy Perry, Jared Leto, Kerry Washington and George Clooney to align them with global brands like Acura, Calvin Klein, Neutrogena, Nespresso and Gucci. Her passion for connecting brands with cultural gatekeepers led her to craft and drive 360 partnerships strategies that increased overall awareness, equity and revenue for brands like Artizia, Rothy’s, Disney and PopSockets.
Dana Droppo
Dana Droppo is Billboard’s Chief Brand Officer. Throughout her career as an executive, media producer, and writer she has become an industry leader in branded entertainment with a laser focus on innovation and cultural relevance.
Lauren Kennedy
Lauren is an LA-based A&R currently at UMPG, working with some of the industry's hardest writers, producers and artists including, ATL Jacob, Rodney Jerkins, YG & Tiara Thomas. Kennedy started in the game as an inspiring artist and quickly transitioned over to the business side through an internship turned full-time position at Atlantic Records. The urban marketing department is where she gained experience in product management and had the opportunity to work on Kehlani’s debut album SweetSexySavage, in addition to other roster mates. With a creative background and passion for the arts, Lauren maneuvered her way through the label side, finding her new home in publishing! Working on records including, Alex Vaughn’s hit “So Be It” to John Legend’s “Good,” her journey has just begun!
Katie Hoaldridge
Starting her music career in A&R and transitioning into artist management, Katie has a proven track record of identifying emerging artists and building careers from the ground up, resulting in career-defining artist accolades such as high charting radio hits, GRAMMY nominations, and more. After spending time at Red Light Management working with a noteworthy roster, Katie settled into her current role as Head of Music for The D’Amelios where she oversees both music management and A&R for the company, in addition to spearheading noteworthy new initiatives to expand the D’Amelio brand within the music space.
Nancy Liu
Nancy Liu is an LA resident from Cupertino, CA. Nancy is the President of 740 Project. Well renowned as the premiere marketing agency in the music space, 740 Project has played a major role in breaking some of today's biggest stars from the earliest stages of their careers. Nancy has worked very closely with artists like Lil Baby, Blxst, Usher, City Girls, Lil Yachty, Travis Scott, and many more. 740 Project’s recent label venture, Blac Noize Recordings is also responsible for the success of the Grammy nominated hit single “F.N.F (Let’s Go)” by Hitkidd & Glorilla.
Sara Lacombe
Sara’s directed and produced visuals for chart-topping artists such as Cardi B, Billie Eilish, Migos, DJ Khaled, Lil Baby, Justin Bieber, and Wizkid. Her work has received several VMA and BET nominations, taking home Video Of The Year at the 2020 BET Awards for DJ Khaled's Higher ft Nipsey Hussle and John Legend. She’s executed branded content and commercials for global brands like Nike, Adidas, Lexus, Mattel, Disney, Samsung and Google. With Google's "Black Owned Friday" taking home an Andy Award and 6 Clio Awards in 2022. She has even won multiple American Advertising Federation Louisville Awards for her “Jack Harlow and Druski Try KFC Famous Bowls” commercial spot. From creative directing and producing tour visuals for the Migos stage of the Audrey and The Three Migos Tour, to directing mini docs and live performances for Billboard, she has no plans to limit her creativity. When not on set Sara explores her passions for travel and fashion. She is currently developing projects that shine a light on social issues that affect POC and women.
Ana Maldonado
Ana started her career in music driving from her day job to the UCLA music industry extension program to get her foot in the door. After UCLA, Ana interned for publisher James Supreme which lead to becoming Grammy nominated producer Bizness Boi’s day to day manager. Working besides James, Ana worked her way up to setting up sessions with artists like Jesse Reyes, Dreamville & J. Cole, PartyNextDoor, Baby Tate and ultimately helping place the beat for Drake’s “The News.” In 2019, Ana met her mentor and current boss Phylicia Fant, which led her to her previous position at Columbia Records where she worked with artist such as Lil Nas X, The Kid LAROI, Baby Keem and more.
Now, Ana is currently working as a Manager of Music Industry and Cultural Collaborations at Amazon Music, and manages up and coming artist and songwriter Niko Rubio who recently played Lollapalooza, opened for Omar Apollo and has been recently hailed “A Latin Act to Make It Big in 2023” by Rolling Stone. Ana hopes to one day uplift all women in music though mentorship and is proud to be a Latina women in music.
Audrey Benoualid
Audrey Benoualid became the youngest partner of Myman Greenspan in December 2020. Since then, she has negotiated and papered multiple catalog acquisitions, including the recent Justin Bieber catalog sale to Hipgnosis for $200MM (as publicly reported), as well as the Red Hot Chili Peppers sale of their publishing catalog to Hipgnosis for north of $140MM (as publicly reported). She also closed a very significant Live Nation touring agreements for Jennifer Lopez and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, as well as a recent Erykah Badu tour promoter agreement. She facilitated the negotiation and closing of catalog acquisitions for super star writers Sean Douglas and Sarah Hudson, pop star Jason Derulo, and hip hop producer NO I.D.
Audrey also cleared the two latest Justin Bieber albums; ‘Changes’ and ‘Justice,’ both of which debuted atop the US Billboard 200 chart and have been certified platinum and gold, respectively, by the RIAA,. She was responsible for clearing the latest Ariana Grande album, ‘Positions,’ for which all of the tracks charted simultaneously on the US Billboard Hot 100. As Audrey continues to develop her own practice within the firm, she recently closed a significant artist deal between Alicia Creti and Atlantic records, and also represents Charlotte Sands, the Peach Tree Rascals (whose single, "Mariposa", was recently certified gold by the RIAA) and pop writer Tia Scola (who co-wrote Bieber's "Off My Face”). She has closed multiple 7-figure publishing deals for her producer and writer clients.
Allie Bostwick
Allie started her career with PATRÓN Tequila as the Director of Public Relations four years ago and has impressively grown within the organization, to her current position as Senior Director - Global Communications, Culture & Brand Partnerships. Within this role, Allie is responsible for maintaining PATRÓN Tequila’s category leadership, as well as showcasing the power of influence and partnerships through results-driven success. From driving new innovations and product launches to forging and nurturing relationships with top tier partners, Allie has a talent for showcasing the most relevance for a brand and moving the needle in culture. Allie elevated PATRÓN from a well-known tequila brand to one of the most talked about spirits brands in culture. She created a best-in-class PR and partnership strategy that keeps the brand at the forefront of music, sports, Latin, entertainment and in the cultural zeitgeist. Inspired by PATRÓN Tequila’s long-standing history in music, Allie is leading the development of a dedicated culture and partnerships strategy for the brand. Lexi Roney
As Marketing Manager, Distribution at Stem, Lexi Roney oversees the entire distribution marketing strategy from brand partnerships, event creation and execution, social media management and everything in between. Since joining the company in 2019, she has notably inked partnerships with STURDY, Places + Faces, TIDAL, The Revels Group, Happy Hour Tequila Seltzer, BMI, RAW Rolling Papers, Granted, amongst others. Additionally, Roney has created, executed and assisted on numerous events including Stem Happy Hours, Artist Release Parties/Events (bbno$ and Brent Faiyaz), Corporate Retreats, Grammy Brunches, Artist Showcases and more. Prior to Stem, Roney was a Programming Specialist at Sage Intacct and an Account Executive at Yelp.
Uwonda S. Carter
Uwonda S. Carter is a transactional attorney at Carter Woodard, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia and represents business and entertainment clients with their music, film, television and endorsement opportunities. She represents several creative individuals and media companies, including, DJ Drama, Kelly Rowland, Lil Duval, Lil Yachty, Metro Boomin, Central City Productions, oneRPM and TenderfootTV. Uwonda has also been recognized a Top Music Lawyer by Billboard Magazine and as Entertainment Lawyer of the Year by Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyer Association in 2011.
Ali Berger & Elisa Kupelian
Ali Berger and Elisa Kupelian are the CEO’s of NAKD Entertainment, a hybrid entertainment collective based in Los Angeles. Berger, who also serves as Head of Marketing, alongside Kupelian, who is Head of Communications respectively, bring a creative and strategic eye to all clients across the NAKD roster, while executing 360-degree campaigns for management clients, recording artists Jack & Jack and Sammy Wilk, as well as marketing and publicity clients Laura Marano, Mau y Ricky, Barbara Doza, Carlos Vives and WK Entertainment & Records. Kupelian additionally partners with Lea Juliano’s New York based company Sway Projects on influencer/talent programming for the New York Jets and the New York Red Bulls.
Berger started her career at Sony US Latin as an intern in 2012, moving her way to Associate Director, where she worked on campaigns for everyone from Romeo Santos, Maluma, Prince Royce, Shakira, CNCO, Mau y Ricky, Becky G, Leslie Grace, Camilo, Evaluna Montaner, and more. From there she worked as the personal manager for CNCO at WK Entertainment, before opening up NAKD in 2021 with Kupelian, who kicked off her career at Carleen Donovan’s DPR, now known as The Oriel, as the company’s first employee. She worked on campaigns for everyone from Lauv, Jack & Jack, CNCO, Sabrina Carpenter, Lennon Stella, Alaina Castillo and Asher Angel, to Def Leppard, Old Dominion, COIN and more.
Alyce Hayek
Alyce Hayek, President of Grass Fed Music, a management company based in LA that not only represents artists such as Sabrina Claudio, Etham, and Kami Kehoe but is also revolutionizing management for independent artists. Formally known for her incredible business development experience, Alyce joined Grass Fed Music in early 2019 to help champion GFM’s infrastructure and existing roster of writers, producers, mixing engineers and artists. Alyce has shown meticulous management skills through organization, persistence, and a heavy focus on hiring initiatives. In addition, she creates, communicates, and implements the organization’s vision, mission and overall direction. Outside of work, Alyce loves to eat sushi, go out dancing with her girls, and hang with her babies!
Jenevieve
Carving her own lane through a fresh interpolation of R&B, Funk, and Pop, the 25 year-old Miami-native is intriguing. Jenevieve’s “Division” mixtape, created alongside producer and songwriter Elijah Beuzieron, was named by Pitchfork as one of 2021’s “Best Underrated Albums,” and by Rolling Stone as “one of the year’s breeziest R&B albums, full of strutting bass lines and sly, affecting hooks.” This past fall, Jenevieve took her tantalizing Rendezvous EP on the road, supporting Giveon across 24 dates in the US and Canada.
Rosabelle Eales
Rosabelle started Overall Mgmt in 2017 after taking Atlantic Records artist gnash’s single “i hate u, i love u” from his garage to the top 10 on billboard. Shortly after, she started managing producer Imad Royal & within 2 years they took his career to multi-platinum, Grammy nominated status, which led to 4 more clients, producer Peter Thomas, Max Hershenow, songwriter Sean Kennedy, & Ilan Rubin. In 2021, Rosabelle founded Overall Recordings in partnership with gnash & Atlantic, & they’ve signed 4 developing artists together. Overall Mgmt is an all woman owned & operated company, fueled by the support of her 2 incredible teammates, Rachel Wood & Sabina Tamayo.
Adriana Arce
Miami born and raised, Adriana Arce is the Vice President at REBEL where she manages Lil Nas X, and previously Miley Cyrus for close to a decade, as well as being a music consultant. Adriana is a web3 enthusiast and an artist advocate. Prior to being on the business side of entertainment, she was a full time musician, having been awarded a singing scholarship to one of the best music schools, Berklee College of Music. She is on the board of Forbes Magazine 30U30 where she has been honored for her contributions in music.
Linda Cangro
Linda Cangro is a strategic, creative, and well-connected music and entertainment executive. She began her career at Jive Records in the Pop Promotion & Video department working with global artists such as Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Chris Brown, BSB, Usher, Ciara, and more. Later she joined RCA Records as the Director of Network Relations. She was responsible for securing and spearheading opportunities such as VMA performances and MTV Push: Artist to Watch campaigns for SZA, Khalid, H.E.R, Doja Cat, Brockhampton, Latto, CNCO & Tate McRae. Most recently, Linda launched her own company called The Rolodex. This new venture allows her to bring 20 years of experience and her passion for artist relations, marketing, brand partnerships, and VIP events together by connecting clients with her rolodex of VIP players within the hospitality, brands, entertainment, and music industries.
Ashley Calhoun
Ashley Calhoun was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She moved to Los Angeles in the fall of 2009 to study audio engineering at The Los Angeles Recording School. After
graduating, Calhoun landed a job as Assistant for Cash Money Records Head of A&R, Joshua Berkman. Always interested in music publishing, she transitioned into publishing in late 2011, joining Rondor Music as Creative Manager. In the June of 2015, Calhoun joined PULSE Music Group as a Creative Director. Since then, she has been promoted several times, most recently in 2022 to President. In her role as President + Head of Creative, Calhoun is responsible for leading PULSE’s world-class A&R team and overseeing the company’s creative strategy for one of the hottest publishing rosters in the industry. Ashley's signings and personal roster include Starrah, FNZ, Brent Faiyaz, Kehlani, Flo Milli, Trevor Daniel, Cordae, OG Parker, and management clients G. Ry & Rahki to name a few.
Emmy Feldman
Emmy began officially working in music when she was hired to help open the Brooklyn outpost of Rough Trade Record Shops, where she worked as Merchandising Manager and behind the counter. Running a blog and tape label simultaneously, she worked to bring local indie records into the shop and organized two CMJ showcases there. She then spent 5 years as an A&R at Atlantic Records and Canvasback Music in NYC before moving to LA to work at Heavy Duty.
At HD, Emmy is responsible for overseeing and developing the careers of 40+ songwriters, producers, and artists signed to HD’s publishing roster, including BJ Burton, Buddy Ross, SADPONY, Jam City, and Jim-E Stack. Since joining the company in 2019, Emmy has helped the HD roster to double in size, signing Grace Ives, Chris Coady, Dreamer Boy, Gabe Goodman, Wet, Luke Wild, Puma Blue, CARR, and Miya Folick, among others.
She majored in English at Duke.
Forrest Lipton
Forrest Lipton is a Senior Marketing Director at Interscope Records. Her current roster features benny blanco, Destroy Lonely, Ken Carson, Amaarae, Jenevieve, Ama Lou, Pi’erre Bourne, Playboi Carti, and Ryan Trey.
Forrest is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns for artist releases, brainstorming audience engagement strategies, and supporting artist growth. Further, she works with the artists, management, digital, publicity, international, and creative to ensure alignment across entire team.
In her six years at the label, Forrest has played a key role in many album marketing campaigns. Most notably, she worked on benny blanco and Justin Bieber’s Grammy-nominated platinum single, “Lonely,” which reached #1 at Top 40 radio, along with benny blanco and BTS’s Top 10 HOT100 hit ‘Bad Decisions’.
Cristina Chavez
Cristina started her career at BET working in Music, Television, Tours, Festivals and Album compilations, later working directly with writers and producers at ASCAP where educating the creatives was key. After her time at ASCAP, she worked at Hallwood Media managing: *NAMES*. Now Cristina is working at Universal Music Publishing as the Vice President of A&R, where she sets up sessions for some of your favorite creatives and signs the next big thing like *NAMES*. Honestly, there's not much Cristina can't do.
Patience Foster
Patientce Foster is the founder and CEO of Cream Labs, a boutique agency providing a synergy of services, specific to talent/brand management, brand partnerships, and comm services. Foster is known for her start in public relations, for pioneering a disruptive shift from the industry's archaic roots, and most notably for being the strategic and creative force behind Grammy award winning artist, Cardi B.
Unbeknownst to Foster her processes and systems, were in fact a collaboration between both public relations and talent management. This harmony of services, naturally evolved the agency from its initial PR roots to its now broader focus across management, partnerships, creative and communications. This collection of services has helped Foster to roll out major releases, garner executive production, and creative direction credits, and structure/service dynamo partnerships with brands like Balenciaga, Pepsi, and Reebok.
Patientce has continued to establish herself and Cream Labs in this industry by remaining consistently authentic, innovative and disruptive. Foster and Cream Labs have plans to continue elevating by staying true to the fundamentals that both Foster and the Cream Labs agency is driven by. Remaining multi-dimensional, culturally conscious and driven by the need for evolution!
Suzy Ryoo
Co-Founder and President of Venice Music. First and foremost, a fan of artists across genres and borders. Advocate of independence and entrepreneurship. Prior to music business, worked across venture capital, advertising / media & finance. Child of Korean immigrants, arrived 30 years ago from Seoul to Los Angeles and now Miami. Finished 3 Los Angeles Marathons in 2010, 2011 & 2013 relatively slowly, while Suzy's parents have completed over 50 marathons!
Hanan Cher
Hanan moved from hometown London to work as Director of Creative at Interscope Records. She previously worked at sister company Polydor Records, where there was cross over on artists like Lana Del Rey, Lady Gaga, MIA, Black Eyed Peas, Eminem and Kendrick Lamar.
So the transition to Interscope was a familiar one.
Hanan has a passion for empowering artists to become their own creative directors and provides the tools for them to pave their unique paths.
Hanan is currently an independent consultant continuing to push creative boundaries with ground breaking Kali Uchis.
Brigitte Alanis
Brigitte Alanis started her legal career representing some of the top digital content creators and influencers at Century City based firm, Weintraub Tobin. In 2019, she joined the team of lawyers at King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano LLP focusing her career on representing recording artists, songwriters, and producers and creators in all stages of their careers. This past year, she was responsible for clearing the latest albums for firm clients Roddy Ricch and Ava Max and helped close major endorsement deals between firm client Dominic Fike and fashion brand YSL and MJ Rodriguez and beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury.
Recently, Brigitte has been working to grow a practice at her firm that includes many talented artists who bridge the gap between digital content creation and the traditional music industry. She has closed major record deals for Daniel Seavey (Atlantic), Alex Warren (Atlantic), and Alexa Cappelli (Arista), and represents lifestyle influencer Ella McFadin and comedian/content creator Kyle Gordon. Brigitte is a passionate advocate for her clients and is particularly proud to work with an exceptional group of rising female artists in the music industry.
Genevieve Jackson
Originally from Los Angeles and now residing in Atlanta, Genevieve Jackson, started her career as an artist in the entertainment industry. Being born into music royalty, The Jackson Family, truly prepared her for the journey ahead in which she transitioned from a performer to a music business professional. Now, as a Creative A&R for Kobalt Music Publishing, she is confidently making a name for herself. Jackson works closely with incredible talents such as STREETRUNNER, Elite, Alex Isley, TaeBeast, DAB, Javar Rockamore and more.
Ashley Elysee
Ashley is a Brooklyn native who always enjoyed the finer things in life, so it came as no surprise when she started my career in the luxury space. It was then she found her passion in spirits marketing, which eventually led her to Combs Enterprises, now Combs Global. During her time there, she’s worked on the inception of the CÎROC Stands initiative, Love Records’ first artist, Jozzy, and the partnerships with Rolling Loud to name a few.
Alura Grace Gaskins
Grace is currently a Director of Marketing at Arista Records. She works with artists across the pop, alternative, hip-hop & RB genres to make sure their music reaches fans all over the internet. Prior to joining Arista, she spent six years at Interscope Records, including two years as a senior digital project manager. Grace graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications from Pepperdine University. She is an avid cyclist and fitness enthusiast.
Olivia Rudensky
At the age of 12, Olivia started a fan account for Miley Cyrus. Now this Forbes 30 Under 30 star has worked on Miley’s management team, won awards for marketing campaigns, launched her own company, FANMADE, and is an investor in companies like Dolce Glow. FANMADE specializes in understanding the minds of super fans, working with an exclusive list of clients on their marketing, digital and strategic partnerships like Miley Cyrus, Hailey Bieber, NBC and more.
Kierra Felton
Kierra Felton is a force to be reckoned with in the world of Public Relations as a Director of Media at Republic Records, where she represents emerging to multi-Platinum artists including ATL Jacob, Big Boss Vette, Coi Leray, G Herbo, Joy Oladokun, Ski Mask the Slump God, Yung Gravy, and many more. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Kierra grew up immersed in the arts. Her classical training at the renowned Girard Academic Music Program laid the foundation for her success, which culminated in her graduation from Howard University with a degree in Public Relations. She later interned at 300 Entertainment, leading into a Publicist position at Audible Treats, where she skillfully managed an impressive roster of talent, including King Von, Lil Durk, Rod Wave, Rolling Loud Festival, and numerous others. Her love of culture, music, and its superstars is something that she’s carried with her since childhood. However, watching her grandmother as a political leader inspired Kierra to fully embrace the power of representation. This understanding of the true influence of public relations has allowed Kierra to become a powerhouse in her field. Her unwavering passion for creating inspiring figures in the media is rooted in her desire to contribute to the positive story of this generation's legacy of art.
Jaime Zeluck Hindlin
Since launching her career in 2007, Nonstop Management CEO and Founder Jaime Zeluck Hindlin has signed, shepherded, and spearheaded the success of numerous GRAMMY® Award-winning multi-platinum songwriters and producers.
The Long Island native developed an appreciation for music as a child. Upon graduating Syracuse, she landed an assistant gig in A&R for Craig Aaronson. After that, she went on to become a publisher developing the careers of and signing writers and artists like JKash, Lauv and LunchMoney Lewis among many others.
Beyond managing 10 songwriters responsible for hits by Miley Cyrus, Morgan Wallen, Justin Bieber, Machine Gun Kelly, Tate Mcrae, Jason Derulo, and Maroon 5, Jaime took the reins and handled A&R for Maroon 5’s gold-certified JORDI, Lauv’s gold-certified album ~how I’m feeling~ and Reverie—the sophomore full-length from Tony® Award, Emmy® Award and GRAMMY® Award winner Ben Platt.
In 2018, she founded Nonstop Management. The company’s client roster incorporates a diverse group of well-known songwriters/ producers across multiple genres including JKash (Maroon 5, Charlie Puth, Morgan Wallen), BMI’s 2022 Songwriter of the Year Michael Pollack (Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber), Ali Tamposi (Dua Lipa, Camila Cabello), Nick Long (MGK, King Princess), Ryann (Tate McRae, Noah Cyrus), and Jake Torrey (Charlie Puth, John Legend).
Michele Harrison
Born in raised in Los Angeles, Michele Harrison studied Interior Design at UCLA School of Architecture and Design. Her career aspirations took a turn when she was recruited into the music industry as a legal assistant at the Law Offices of Fischbach, Perlstein and Lieberman. Harrison continued there for several years creating a solid foundation and understanding of the music industry however, desiring more creative career path, she left there to explore the label system with yearlong stints at Virgin Records until it folded in 2001 and at Hollywood Records in 2002. Throughout those year, former FPL Law colleague, Ian Montone, called her to return to work with him and she rejoined him in 2003 at Monotone, Inc. For 16 years, Michele built Monotone alongside Ian, working with clients such as The Shins, Vampire Weekend and Jamie Foxx, among others. She left Monotone in 2018 to join Friends at Work where she worked as Co-Head of Management, with clients such as Alanis Morissette and Raphael Saadiq. She parted ways with FAW in late 2019 and joined Range Music as a partner in 2021 where she manages R&B artist, Healy, producer, KaiGoinKrazy, multi-genre artist, Tkay Maidza, songwriter Justin Tranter, and R&B artist Umi.

Renee Brodeur is Partner and Executive Vice President at TMWRK, a music management company that handles a diverse roster of globally influential recording artists & producers.
With over a decade of experience in the music industry, Renee began her career at Epic Records, where she met Andrew McInnes, founder of TMWRK. Rising through the Artist Development department over the course of five years at Epic, Renee decided to join her long-time friend McInnes at TMWRK in 2012 which he founded the year prior.Renee co-manages Diplo, Major Lazer, A-Trak & Major League DJz with McInnes and also manages Anna Lunoe and Kito.
During her 10+ year tenure at TMWRK, Renee has risen from a day-to-day manager to partner & EVP focusing largely on big picture strategy & planning all while overseeing her roster’s multifaceted business operations. Renee prides herself on bringing more female talent to the TMWRK roster, signing Anna Lunoe in 2015 most recently, the production powerhouse, Kito in 2020.

Diana Dotel is a Latin music executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience. From negotiating artist deals to concert production and marketing, Diana has a hands-on approach that has led her to work with the biggest Latin artists in the world. Throughout Diana’s tenure as promoter she has co-produced shows for headline artists such as Ozuna, Bad Bunny, Nicky Jam, Sebastian Yatra, and many more. Through Diana’s experience in the Latin music business, she saw a void in the marketplace for brands to partner with Latin artists in a bigger way. This led Diana to partner in 2018 with Matt Ferrigno to create MTW Agency, an entertainment marketing agency based in Los Angeles. MTW’s corporate clients include Amazon, HBO Max, PATRON, Grey Goose, and Ab InBev. In addition to their brand clients they have brokered endorsements on behalf of talent such as Bad Bunny (Adidas), Nicki Minaj (Amazon), Becky G (Michelob), and Anderson Paak (Budweiser). Diana has also developed and produced the Amazon exclusive audio/video podcast En La Sala which was a 2x Webby Award Honoree.
